Hi everyone. I’m back again to let you all know just how the 3 step system has worked for me.
Now before we get into it, I must emphasise that supplements alone will not help you achieve your individual goals. Your nutrition must be carefully planned and you must manage your nutrition at all times.
Of the many athletes that I train and talk with on a regular basis, the most common comment they all make is that they are using supplements and not getting results and they ask my assistance with this.
Supplements need to be “timed” accordingly to your specific goals. I will now detail just how the 3 step system has worked for me.
, I take pre-training (20-30 minutes) on an empty stomach. Within minutes I can feel my body absorbing all the nutrients and I’m ready to smash up my body during my weights sessions. I feel my mental focus and drive is raised with the assistance of caffeine (I’m in the zone), my body is primed with a supply of essential amino acids to assist with lean muscle build. I also feel my power and strength will be supported with the addition of creatine, and the build up of lactic acid within my body will be better managed with support of Beta-Alanine.
Elevator , I drink during training to help me power on through my session. The carbohydrate based formula assists by delivering nutrients my working muscles are screaming out for with a 2 to 1 ratio of glucose and fructose, along with 6 grams of essential amino acids (essential amino acids cannot be produced in our body).
, Immediately after training. The protein, carbohydrate, branched chain amino acids, creatine monohydrate and glutamine along with vitamins and minerals help to put back in what I have taken out whilst training. I feel my recovery rate is assisted like never before.
The 3 step system has been designed to “take out” the thinking involved with supplementation and just let the athletes do what they do best. All the guess work has been removed along with the ratios of supplements to take. It’s as simple as 1 2 3 (no pun intended)
I have been extremely fortunate in using the 3 step system prior to release on the market and in doing so have newly gained lean muscle that will give me the edge next time on stand on the bodybuilding stage.
I challenge you all to test yourself. Be meticulous with your diet, training and rest for one month, add the MUSASHI 3 step system and reap the rewards.
