At Musashi, our commitment to quality doesn’t stop once your Musashi supplements have left our Melbourne based manufacturing facility. We remain focused on offering a fast and trusted service right up until you receive your Musashi product at your front door.

All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving your confirmed order/payment and we even take it one step further and commit to sending out any order received before 12pm on the same day.

We deliver to all postcodes within Australia, and to make it simple offer a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders nationwide, plus offer FREE postage for all orders over the value of $99, no special promotional code needed here. And just to make things easier we can deliver to PO Boxes, as well as allowing you to elect to have your Musashi supplements placed by your front door just in case no one is home, saving you a trip to the post office.

Lastly for peace of mind, a confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number so you know exactly when your Musashi supplements are scheduled to arrive, plus our Online Customer Care team are here to answer any of your questions between the business hours of (9am-5pm AEST).

Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you have received a Musashi product that has been damaged in transit, or does not match your original order, please contact the Musashi Online Customer Care Team within 48 hours on 1300 851 312, at musashi.consumercare@au.nestle.com or via the Musashi website (www.musashi.com.au) and we will arrange for replacement stock to be sent out promptly.
