Musashi Bulk Extreme Protein Doughnuts

Makes 7 doughnuts

7.5g Protein : 50 Calories per Doughnut


2 scoops of MUSASHI BULK EXTREME PROTEIN chocolate powder

120g oat flour or coconut flour

120g Greek yoghurt

1 large ripe banana

1 egg

1 heaped tsp baking powder

100mL skim milk

Optional toppings (cinnamon, coconut or melted dark chocolate)


Step 1. Pre-heat your oven to 160-170ºC.

Step 2. In a bowl mix together the oat flour, baking powder and MUSASHI BULK EXTREME PROTEIN.

Step 3. In a separate bowl mash the banana until smooth. 

Step 4. Combine milk, egg and Greek yoghurt with the mashed banana and mix well. 

Step 5. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry until fully combined.  

Step 6. Grease your doughnut molds (or cupcake tin if you don’t have one) with olive oil spray.

Step 7. Spoon the mixture into the mold or a cupcake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 8. Remove from the oven and allow the doughnuts to cool before adding your toppings. 

Optional - Choose one of the following toppings; dust with cinnamon, sprinkle with coconut or add melted dark chocolate over the top.
