  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 15g Musashi Low Carb Protein Powder
  • 25g dark cooking chocolate
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup of descendant coconut
  • Preheat oven 150c.
  • Chop the dark chocolate into small chunks.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Divide the mixture 6 cupcake cases and make a small well in each basket for the eggs (do not add the chocolate eggs until the end).
  • Bake for 15min or until firm.
  • Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
  • Once cool place the chocolate eggs into the wells for decoration.
  • Store in fridge until ready to serve. 

Note: Store in the fridge for up to 2-days and enjoy as a protein snack.
