  • Jelly Lite (one sachet makes four servings)   
  • 2 tbs. Greek yogurt
  • 2 large strawberries
  • ½ handful Blueberries
  • ¼ Mango
  • Lean WPI (1 scoop for jelly and 1 scoop for yogurt). 
  • Empty contents of jelly sachet into a bowl and add 250ml of boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.  Leave to one side and allow for contents to cool.
  • Mix 1 scoop of Musashi Lean WPI protein shake in a Musashi Shaker with 150ml of water and shake until combined.
  • Add the Musashi protein shake to the jelly and stir until combined.
  • Place jelly in bowl or dish you will serve desert in and add fruit (mango, blueberries and strawberries).
  • Place into the fridge until jelly has set (approx. 2hours)
  • Mix two scoops of low fat Greek Yogurt and 1tbs of Musashi Lean WPI into a separate bowl and mix until fully combined. 
  • Take the set jelly mixture from the fridge and place the yogurt mixture on top and garnish with fruit before serving. 

Note: Can be stored in the fridge for 2 days.
